Have you read The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer?If yes,then you have read a story of my life.I'm "Mara Dyer",but as you already know,my name is not actually Mara Dyer,it's a pseudonym.I can't tell you my real name,it isn't most interesting thing about me.But I can tell you how I met Michelle Hodkin and How she used my story to make a great trilogy.

There's a book about my life. Actually,a whole trilogy. You can read all about it. It doesn't have my real name in it, every name is changed for my own safety, but most of the story is true. It all started as it is in the book (The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer)First thing you need to know about me, is that, my name is not Mara Dyer, but I choose to be called this way, but only in the real life, when I moved out from my parents house after graduating college, I found a small apartment in a nearby city and I changed my name to Maya Anila Dager. It has been really hard for an artist to find work in a unknown place, so I started working in a small bookstore. I kind of felt like a spy, it was like waiting for her books to be published, so I could read them. I was obsessed with the books, It wasn't quite about me, because I never had anyone like Noah Shaw in my life, and I was able to stay away from brain shrinks. But I did have a friend "Jaime". He was the only reason why I didn't go crazy. He went to same school and we discovered our unusual abilities quite soon, and acted quickly to make all the noise about me silent.
