He hated how trivial their ploy was. Xemnas didn't care wheter the other members had died. He couldn't. He was lying to them all along.
Roxas was the first to catch on, thus realizing that leaving was the only way to get a grip on the truth. Axel hated how right Roxas was.
He wished he was as naive as his other. Maybe, then, the blond brat would've seen how much Axel lied to himself, stating that he felt something for the boy.
With fake tears, he begged the Key of Destiny not to turn on Organization, once again, lying. It seemed as that was all he was good for. With his sea green eyes, he pleaded, hoping Roxas would stay. For Axel. With a flurry of dancing flames, Axel died, his only proof of existence, Roxas, the blond brat whom he was smitten with.
