Humanity has ended. Burned in nuclear fire and life on the planet is no more. There are no Heroes, no Villains, a stalemate. No purpose, no reason for it. Nothing. Gone. But it then, reborn in the ashes of the old world, A second chance. A new purpose, to learn form past mistakes, to be reborn. A New Beginning.

AN: This is just a one-shot kind of story for another story, a stepping stone. And It's my first time writing a story so I hope you enjoy.

Prologue: The End of a New Beginning

War, War never changes.

Ever since the dawn of man. Humanity has fought for a purpose: Religion, Nation, Race, Freedom, or Power. And ever since that day we have fought for that purpose, we have created wars. But these wars we have made, began to create the horrors of humanity: Destruction, Death, Famine, and the loss of Innocence. Every day and every century, millions of people died for something that purpose.

Spring 2025, A two nations sparked a war that will changed the world by a dictator, launching a missile attack on a superpower and invading neighboring countries. By then the other nations retaliated sparking a third world war. It has been seven years and the other nations have become desperate. Natural resources have become scarce, allies turned on each other, and the moral has become so low. And then at that moment becomes the end of the chapter of human history.

Autumn 2032. Humanity have succeeded of ending themselves. No one knows who had fired first, but by then they are too late. Nations are in ruins with nuclear dust blocking the sun and covered the entire world. The surface became too irradiated of radiation. Life on earth become a wasteland of no living being, just a rock of irradiated fire. World became so bleak, humanity has become a forgotten memory.

But there was a merit of hope. For it has thought us to learn our past mistakes. And that we can make a better future, and a second chance to live again. But as we live in second chances in this different world. It has thought me long ago, that there will always be conflicts, there will always be a purpose, and there will always be war.

Cause war, War Never Changes.
