Opening Doors

He owed her big time. It was partly his fault her life changed so drastically. Besides he wants to try and make amends for all that he's done, might as well start here. Six months after the final battle with Asura a young witch sets off on her own to figure things out about herself and her future when she comes across the kishin who agrees to help prove to the world who she is.

Hey everyone, this is my first Soul Eater Fanfic.

Don't worry I will finish my other story but I kind of been wanting to get this out there, see how it does.

Be nice even if the beginning sucks and hopefully I won't disappear like with my other story which I will be finishing. Also, sorry for any grammar mistakes.

Disclaimer- I do not own Soul Eater or any of the characters otherwise there would be a reboot and a redemption arch for Asura and nice family moment between the Reaper family.

Prologue: Awakening of the dormant witch

It was a nice beautiful day in the small town. Everyone was blissfully unaware of the war that would decide their fate. Instead they just carried on with their lives. Among them was young sixteen year old girl, with messy platinum blonde hair pulled into two braids, taking a little walk to clear her headache. She's been having them for a few months now. It was quite odd but she paid it no mind, she just continued on her way down the street. That's when the sky suddenly turned red. Whispers and shouts of alarm filled the streets. The teen looked up but immediately put her hands on her head and gave a startled yelp of pain as her headache increased tenfold. It didn't stop there though; the pain seemed to spread throughout her body. Little did the girl know was that a mystical aurora seemed to envelope her. She took a few steps back bumping into a lamp post. The minute she made contact with it, it exploded blowing her out to the street. As she hit the ground and skidded, the ground gave long massive cracks but the damage was nothing compared to what the shockwave of the explosion did. Most windows and glass were blown out along with the power in the town.

The girl was soon carried off to a hospital. Within a few days the sky returned to normal and the spreading madness lifted. Though the battle was won and humans could live in peace a little while longer, things couldn't go back to normal. At least, not for that young girl.

On the day Lady Arachne harnessed Asura's madness and spread it all over the world, she had also awoken the powers of misfortune and bad luck. By the time that girl would wake up the whole town would about the dormant witch that lived among them.
