FAST & FURIOUS: THE RETURN TO LOS ANGELES

Dominic Toretto and the crew, following the events of 'The Fate of the Furious' decide to settle back into the Los Angeles street racing scene.
CHAPTER ONE: REUNITED & RACE WARS
1. New York City, Rooftop, Day. Mr. Nobody and Little Nobody arrive at the cookout to eat with the crew. Mr. Nobody reveals Deckard Shaw staged the death of Han as opposed to really killing him. Mr. Nobody then reveals Gisele was hospitalized following the plane crash. She was later placed in protective custody following Han's then believed murder. Han and Gisele arrive on the rooftop along with Sean Boswell. They all smile and hug one another. Deckard comments he needed Han's death to look real. Dom tells Deckard he still blew up his house. Deckard replies that Cipher sent that bomb. Dom tells Letty they'll head back to Los Angeles and rebuild the home. Mr. Nobody, Little Nobody, Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw go their separate ways, bidding Dom and the crew farewell.
2. Los Angeles, Echo Park, Day. Dom, Letty and the baby pull up before the Toretto family home in a 1970 Dodge Charger R/T. Dom comments "Home Sweet Home" to which Letty replies "What's left of it." Dom smiles and assures her they'll hire builders to re-build it exactly how it once was.
3. Los Angeles, O'Conner Residence, Day. Brian is cooking on the grill and drinking beer. Mia tends to the kids at the picnic table. Dom and Letty arrive, it's all smiles and hugs between the four. Mia holds Dom's baby and the story of the child's birth is explained. Dom explains what happened with Cipher. Brian says he wishes Dom would've brought him in. Dom says he belongs here and safe, then shares that Han and Gisele are still alive. Brian is shocked to learn the news. Brian asks Dom what his plans are now that he's back. Dom says the Toretto family home will be rebuilt. Brian tells Dom race wars is coming up next weekend. Mia jokingly tells Brian "No!". Dom says they should all go.
4. The Desert, Day. Race Wars is underway. Cars and people everywhere. Dom, Letty, Brian, Roman, Han, Gisele, Sean, Tej and Ramsey arrive in their cars. Mia is staying home with all the children.
5. Race Wars, Tent Area. The crew park and head to their tent where Hector greets them. Hector says a new crew of drivers are tearing up the competition today. Dom and the crew are immediately surrounded with the handshakes and respect from old friends and admirers. Dwight with two girls around his arms, approaches Brian and says "Yo nut sack! I can't believe you're allowed to race at race wars after failing to qualify to drive for Braga." Brian smirks "Yeah, well hey bro… I heard you got arrested and never actually drove for Braga." Dwight lies his way out of it and challenges Brian to a race. Brian accepts. A ten-thousand-dollar bet is agreed upon.
6. Race Wars, Race Track. Han, Roman, Sean and Gisele one by one defeat their opponents. Dwight pulls up against Brian on the starting line and smack talks him. Brian tears Dwight up in the drag race. Dwight humbly hands over his ten thousand to Brian following his defeat.
7. Race Wars, Tent Area. A racer named Keylo approaches Hector, backed by his own crew. Hector introduces Dom and Keylo to another, Dom as a racing legend and criminal icon, Keylo as the new star driver in the racing scene. The two shake hands. Keylo stares into Dom eyes to intimidate him, but Dom isn't affected. Keylo says he's dreamed of facing Dom, but not in a drag race. He gives Dom a when and where of an illegal street race through the city of Los Angeles. Dom accepts.
