Minato was a smart man, he know that there's a chance that the maked man returns after the sealing of the kyuubi. So rather than sealing half of the Kyuubi into his son, Minato used the Shinigami to seal the whole Kyuubi within himself. But before his death Minato sealed some of his chakra and Kushina's into Naruto so they can see him when he becomes older and tell him about the masked man.
Without the Kyuubi and the hate of the village, not knowing who his parents, receiving only his mother's surname, as the Hokage wants to protect him from his father's enemies, Naruto becomes just another orphan in Konoha.
Rules:
1- Only The Hokage and Jiraiya know that Minato sealed the Kyuubi with him in the Shinigami (the seal on Minato's body).
2- Obito think that the Kyuubi inside of Naruto.
3- Female!Sasuke.
4- No cliches, Civilian council having power, Naruto use Mask to hide his power and overbearing unrealistic fangirls...
Abilities
1- Chakra and Physical Prowess: as an Uzumaki, and a reincarnation of Asura Ōtsutsuki, Naruto born with massive reserves of strong chakra (not in Canon level, but with better chakra control to the point where he can create a clone with no problem or learn some genjutsu and medical ninjutsu). Naruto's powerful life force grants him an extreme longevity, healing power, stamina, and vitality.
2- Chakra Nature: Wind, Water and Earth Release.
3- Mokuton: The same power as Hashirama and Asura before him.
4- Fūinjutsu: Naruto is very talented and knowledgeable in the art of seals. He is able to recreate the Hiraishin after taking Minato's notes and the Uzumaki's seals from Jiraiya.
5- Sensor Type: an adept sensor. By touching the ground with his finger, he could accurately detect the presence and location of targets in the surrounding area.
Appearance: Naruto looks virtually identical to Canon Naruto, though his hair longer and more shaggy-looking style, similar to his father's. He wears a tracksuit with three stripes on the sleeves, mesh under-armour, a pair of black pants, and sandals.(Genin Minato)
Personality: Similar to his Canon personality but more smarter, observant and not a naive, as he trained at young age under an Anbu (Yamato). Growing up as an orphan, Naruto entered Konoha's Academy with the dream of earning the villagers' respect and recognition by becoming Hokage, and the first step to achieve his dream is to become best student in the academy.
Uchiha Mikasa (Fem!Sasuke): The last Uchiha in Konoha, a natural prodigy and the reincarnation of Indra. She became Naruto's rival at the academy and in Team 7. Mikasa first awakened her Sharingan on the night of her family's death. She is talented with fire and lightning ninjutsu.
