Prologue.
The moon rose slowly into the midnight sky. All was quiet and
peaceful. These islands are my sanctuary. I am a Death Knight. My soul
taken and my humanity destroyed. I linger here like a bad smell.
Tainting land with my presence. I killed. my very own family. I sold
my soul for power, for this eternal damned blade and the steed in
which I slew myself. I buried the blade and carved another one. A one
of justice, a one of honor. I want my soul back! Arthas is now the
lich king, he and Kel'Thuzad is one. I shall slay him. I shall retake
my soul. Even if I die trying. I got off my feet. I was resting under
a tree, the only tree that did not die under my touch. It felt.
special, like it knew that I wanted my soul back, and it gave me
strength. I thrust my new sword into the tree, and the power of nature
poured into it. The edge brimmed with power. Green nature infused with
the sword. A death knight with an honorable goal. It makes me laugh,
laugh at myself. How Kel'Thuzad couldn't offer me what I needed. He
gave me power yes. but in my frenzy. I slew my very own family. My
love, my children. To make sure they did not die in vain, I shall
destroy as many undead as possible, and injure the Lich King as much
as I can. To weaken the most damned entity on this earth. I set off,
now. My name. that is not of importance. Just call me. Ronin.

I set my foot onto Northend's snowy shore. Ghouls and Crypt Fiends appear before me. A single necromancer came up. "Ahh. Death Knight Khan. I am so glad to see you."

"Don't say my name Necromancer. I am here to reclaim my soul. my humanity."

"You are for real? Do you really think you can take us all on? Take on the Lich King?" The necromancer waved his hand at his allies.

"I'll take down as many foul things that walk this land as I can." I raised my blade. "I no longer use the swords that your bewitched lord gave me. I wield a new weapon. A weapon of justice, honor and nature." I charged at full speed, the blade grazing the ground absorbing the energy from the snow and dirt. Finally as the blade met the necromancer a huge explosion of energy came up. The earth imploded and the army behind him was catapulted into the air. "Is this the power that you wish to grant me? For me to take my revenge?" I gazed at my blade, still brimming with white and green power. I sheathed it and continue to trek.

I encountered many people, slew everything that was no longer living and continued. The surviving dwarves knew I was righteous and followed me. Mortar teams and riflemen followed me. Four mountain kings stood by my side. We knew we were all going to die fighting. But they sent their civilians away to mainland. The dwarves shall live on. I saw the Frozen Throne chamber. "I will take Arthas alone, You will take his army. We will slaughter as many things as we can. Try to take more then one, or it'll be pointless for our corpses shall be raised." The dwarves all grunted to my response. "We all die. with HONOR!" We charged, every last one of us. It truly scared Arthas that's for sure. We slaughtered, we died. We left nothing made sure the undead. stayed dead. He was scared. that son of a bitch was scared. When our blades touched. the earth itself shook. My blade was still no match for the Frostmourne in the end. My stomach split open. I lay to die in the snow. Arthas wouldn't let me though. He said I thought valiantly. And he returned my soul. He promised that when he kills me. he wants me to die. as a Paladin. And here I stand in this human refuge, telling the story over and over again, as I use my blade for justice, over and over. Arthas wants me dead. he wants me to suffer. Let him try.
