Why NeNe Went Blonde

We all know every chacter went through a reformation from Bubble Gum Crisis- Bubble Gum Crisis Tokyo2040,but why
didNeNe get such a drastic change with her hair color being the only one to totally change?
A young woman in a police uniform slumps back in her chair at her disbatching station. Her short blonde locks rest confortably
on the head rest as she sighs and removes her microphone headset. "This job is soooo boring these days, I have seen more
action watching the paint dry when the east wing was remodeled.", she complains. She lazily stretches and reaches for a small
backpack that rests on the floor by her chair, only to discover a boot resting on top of it. She gazes up to find the owner of the
foot that is on her bag.Her eyes meet the devilish grin of a slightly well built man with short brown hair. "Maybe you would see
some action around here if those vigilante heroes weren't taking all our work.", he says growling.
Tears form in her eyes, "You're crushing my snacks,Leon-chan! Besides, it's not their fault you move to slow..like the ape you are..",she says grumbling in a low voice and
ripping the bag from under him. "What did you say?! And how many times have I told you not to call me that, NeNe?!", he
says towering over her. She slinks further in her chair and as he notices she's on the verge of tears he stands strait and laughs,
"So,what's with the new hair color? Do you think it will help you score a date? I think the blonde suits your personality
perfectly.", he laughs.
Her cheeks puff from her anger as she unzips her bag and pulls out some now crushed potato chips. "Like you carry all those
big guns to make up for what you lack elsewhere,hmmm?", she teases, popping some crumbs in her mouth. "Now, wait a
minute..", a voice interjects from the background. "Daly, shut it!", Leon boasts,then turning back to focus on NeNe. "So why
the change? It couldn't be you getting sick of the girls,because Sylia sure seems riled up here lately,or was it just because the
animators ran out of pink ink from using extra on your suit for the extra pounds you put on?", he asks,laughing hysterically.
Just then the door opens, "NeNe, ready to go?", a young man with a white bandana asks from the doorway.NeNe grins and
rises to her feet,throwing the chip bag at Leon,"Of course not...",she says walking by. "I did it for Mackie....oh you should
really see about working him,because a motorcycle you work on will be the only thing of yours that will get between Priss' legs.
Have fun with Daly tonight, Leon-chan," she smirks, grabbing Mackie by the hand and walking out the door.
