"What's troubling you, dear?" Luna said without looking up from this week's edition of The Quibbler. She was reading it upside down as she always did. Rolf sighed, how did she know without looking at him? " I don't know, Lu, I guess I'm nervous about this new job. There's a big difference between writing about creatures for The Prophet and actually writing my own book!" Just a few months ago, the CEO of Obscurus Books contacted Rolf to write a sequel to his grandfather's book Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. "It's a wonderful opportunity to tell the world about Nargles and Crumple-Horned Snorkacks" said Luna looking up from The Quibbler. Rolf smiled at his wife. Over all the years they had been married, all the places they had traveled for their work, they had never found much evidence of Nargles or wrackspurts or blibbering plimpies or Crumple-Horned Snorkacks. Nevertheless she still believed they were out there. That, among other things, was what he loved about Luna. "Well Lu, I guess we'll add them to our research when we head to Sweden next week." Rolf said with a chuckle. He could feel the tension easing out of his shoulders. Having a holiday with his wife and twin sons would be pleasant after the grueling weeks of travel and research he had been doing since he got the call from Obscurus books. Even though the trip to Sweden did require some research, it would be on his favorite creature, the Swedish Short-Snout. Rolf had loved dragons since his Grandpa Newt told him stories of working with Ukrainian Ironbellies on the East Front. His Grandpa Newt was the reason Rolf had wanted to be a Magizoologist in the first place. Thinking of his grandfather caused the anxiety to bubble up in Rolf again. "You know," Luna said dreamily, "Grandpa Newt's book was amazing, and I know you're worried you can't measure up." Rolf stared at his wife, stunned. "Your book will be amazing too, Rolf. It will just be different." She finished, placing her hand on her husband's shoulder. Rolf shrugged as he looked at his beautiful, quirky wife in her Derigible Plum Earrings with her wand tucked into her hair. "I do like different." Rolf said as he kissed Luna's forehead. Rolf stood up and walked over to the old fashioned writing desk. His wife's Spectrespecs sat unassumingly next to her purple quill. He picked up the quill and wrote at the top of a sheet of parchment in bright green ink Mysterious Beasts and How to Find Them by Rolf and Luna Scamander.
