Hitler x Nevelle Chamberlain
September 3rd, 1939:
Hitler demands Danzig from Poland. Nevelle, in his bedroom, would be watching one of Hitler's speeches, he'd begin to blush at Hitler's charisma. After the incident, an ambassador from Germany would tell Nevelle that Hitler demands full control of Danzig, Nevelle obliges and accepts the offer. France would be reluctant. Danzig is integrated into the Reich proper.
Feburary 12th 1940:
Hitler negotiates with Joseph Stalin on how to split Poland, they eventually agree that Germany should get the west (including Warsaw), and the Soviets should get the east. This would result in both the Soviets and Germans asking Chamberlain to give them permission to invade Poland and take it over. Nevelle worryingly fears this, but however his love for Hitler overpowers him and forces him to concede to Germany, Nevelle would also do the same to the Soviets. France would reject however. Hitler, in anger, declares war on France. Poland would quickly capitulate in under a week, the remains would become a puppet state called the General Gouvernment, which would be administered by Germany.
Feburary 13th - Feburary 25th 1940:
With war on France being declared, Hitler would pull out an element of surprise and invade through the Benelux countries, which Hitler would easily push through. After the majority of Hitler's Panzer army rushed through the Ardennes and encircled all the French forces at Dunkirk, France would loose a vast portion of his army. By Feburary 25th, France's army would be reduced to relatively half of what it was when the war begun. With Prime Minister Paul Reynard not seeing any chance of beating Germany, a peace treaty would be signed in Paris, which would result in the Benelux along with their Colonies getting annexed by the Reich, aswell as Alsace-Lorraine being integrated entirely into Germany. Germany would also gain what is now Cameroon, Gabon and the Central African Republic along with the rest of the land France took in WW1.
April 30th, 1940:
Germany, knowing the weak state of Britain, demands Tanzania, Namibia and their former territory in Papua New Guinea, along with some other land that was German in WW1, most notably the strip of land that Britain got from German Cameroon in the Treaty of Versailles. The Parliament of Britain would overrule the decision, despite this Nevelle would not back down.
May 4th 1940:
After intense fighting inside the British Parliament, many people would start to switch to Nevelle's side seeing it hopeless to argue against him and Hitler's authority. At the same time Hitler would start to feel admiration for Nevelle, even visiting London to shake hands with him.
May 8th 1940:
Hitler would also begin showing affection for Nevelle, and would begin to get an erection whenever he saw him. Nevelle would begin planning to meet up with Hitler to negotiate a union between the United Kingdom and Germany.
May 9th 1940:
Nevelle flies to Hitler's Private Retreat in Berchtesgaden, Germany to negotiate a union between Britain and Germany. Hitler, exploiting Nevelle's love for him, would basically demand Nevelle to make the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth Nations to join under the German banner, while also giving British Citizens' the same social status as a German, making the British People Aryans. Nevelle would be reluctant, his love for Hitler would still overpower his descision-making, forcing him to accept.
May 10th 1940:
Nevelle would secretly use his funds to bribe the Royal Navy's forces into giving their ships to Germany, basically cementing Germany's Naval Dominance, shortly after British Authorities would notice this, but however Nevelle would flee to Germany before the British Authorities could capture him. Britain would then demand it's Navy be returned, but Hitler would reject, Britain, after recieving the message, immediately declares war on Germany.
May 11th - July 29th 1940
With the British Navy in German hands, they'd rapidly secure Naval Superiority over the English Channel, and begin Operation Sea Lion, making Britain surrender, along with it's Colonies, on May 30th. Later Germany would launch a full-scale invasion of Canada, beginning at St John's, rapidly capturing Newfoundland within 3 days using Panzer Divisions along with other Mechanized and Infantry units. Germany would then use Newfoundland, while also siezing Iceland as a base, to navally invade the Canadian mainland. On July 12th, the Invasion is rapidly prepared by German General Staff working day and night. German forces would begin landing at Livingstone Cove, seperating the armies north of Port Hawkesbury with the 4th SS Polizei Panzergrenadier Division, where most of the Canadian forces would be positioned, while blockading them with the Kriegsmarine. In total, 12 Canadian Divisions would be encircled. German forces would then begin a rapid advance, while also landing at Miramichi and St Andrews, beginning an armored spearhead to encircle the remaining Canadian frontline Divisions. Shortly after this Canada would send a telegram to the United States requesting help, but the United States would be dealing with an even bigger economic depression due to FDR's incompetence, so the US would reject. Canada, seeing no chance of victory, would surrender on July 25th, 1940. Australia, shortly after, would do the same and both would be annexed by Germany, New Zealand and all remaining Commonwealth Nations would also give in the following days. Portions of their Armies would be integrated into the Wehrmacht.
August 11th 1940
Hitler and Nevelle would secretly start flirting with eachother, and would even allow Nevelle to become Reichskommisar of Reichskommissariat Großbritannien. Hitler would begin to slowly support homosexuality, even convincing the Reichstag to make it legal within all territories controlled directly or indirectly by Germany. Although many Germans wouldn't be happy about this change.
October 30th 1940 - Feburary 2nd 1941
For Halloween, Hitler launched a full-scale invasion of the Soviet Union, with the British Army in the hands of the Wehrmacht, the Germans would casually launch an invasion of the Soviet Union, which would basically be overrun, despite Stalin's methods of ruthlessely dumping people on the fields, and his attempts to give the Soviet People hope, the Soviets would rapidly fall. They'd still however, inflict heavy casualties on the Reich, but however German morale, along with oil in the Middle East supplying their Panzers, would make them ultimately win the war. The battle of Kiev, on September 25th 1940, would be a Descisive German Victory, with the battle of Kiev won, many Soviet troops would loose morale, and would begin deserting in large quantities, until in Feburary, the Soviets would be pushed back eastward of the Ural Mountains. Joseph Stalin would be hiding inside Novosibirsk, where a coup would take place, overthrowing him, and forcing surrender of the Soviet Union, which was to be partitinoed by Germany. Siberia would be allowed high autonomy however. Nevelle and Hitler would still continue flirting on their freetime. With Stalin defeated, he'd demand that Hitler conquer the United States, which Hitler would fully accept.
Feburary 10th 1941
Hitler would officially announce a marraige with Nevelle Chamberlain and would start to blame his deception by the Jews' on his hatred of homosexuality. This would make some people inside the Reichstag loose trust in Hitler, but not enough to set off a coup.
Feburary 15th 1941 - Janurary 30th 1943
Hitler would begin mobilizing the Wehrmacht for war with the United States of America, while also invading Italy citing them being inferior to the Germans, and not deserving of them thinking of themselves being a master race. This would ultimately end in Italy's surrender on Feburary 30th 1941, after this South Tyrol would be annexed into the German Reich and the rest would become a Reichskommissariat. Hitler would also annex Slovenia while turning the Countries in the Balkans into Puppet States via ultimatum on March 16th 1941. Hitler would also invade the Iberian Peninsula next month to connect to Gibratlar. By 1942 Hitler would basically control the entirety of Europe, along with the Colonies of the contries he invaded, this would include Countries like Turkey, Finland and Sweden. Hitler would also build infrastructure for a logistical invasion of the United States using slave labor from their Colony India.
Janurary 30th 1943 - March 23rd 1945
Germany would announce war with the United States on Janurary 30th 1943, beginning a bloody and ruthless war that ended tens of millions of German and American lives, not even including civilian deaths. The war seemed endless until the Germans managed to encircle Washington DC on April 12th 1944, the battle would be endless but however Washington DC would be ruthlessely shelled and bombed by the Luftwaffe aswell as Artillery in the Wehrmacht. The President of the United States, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, would be evacuated to San Francisco, where the new US Government would be located. After March 23rd the US Population would be demoralized, the US Economy would be in shambles and would be even worse than it was in the Depression, resulting in the US capitulating after the Battle of Dallas.

After the war, the United States would be split into multiple Reichskommissariats, and the regime would begin to demoralize the American Citizens' sense of culture and national pride slowely to avoid unrest. Resistance would still be prevalent in the Reich however. Germany would also continue to conquer other nations such as Japan, eventually unifying the world by June 4th 1951. After the unification of the entire world under the German Reich, Germany would rapidly begin crushing down on rebellions, which would be resisted against easily.
Nevelle would also have a gigantic relationship with Hitler, even making Hitler loose his virginity (well, not fully). Nevelle would also basically do anything that Hitler said, while Hitler would secretly cheat on him.
Okay now that I think about it, this is not a fan-fiction, this is the only logical way Hitler could've won the war totally.
