Part I
Regina: There has to be another way.
Emma to Killian.
Emma: I love you.
He kisses her.
Killian: Swan, please don't do this.
But he's too late she holds the dagger into the sky. The darkness wraps around her but before it can consume her, Henry snatches the dagger and pushes Emma out of the way sending her tumbling down to where Snow and Charming are standing. A dark vortex appears in the sky it envelopes Henry.
Emma: NO! NOT! HENRY!
Snow and Charming: HENRY!
Regina jumps back into the vortex, using her magic she tries to prevent the darkness from taking Henry. But she's too late the darkness knocks her unconscious.
Robin runs to Regina's side.
Robin: REGINA!
Hook is embracing Emma who has turned her face into his chest unable to see her son be taken by the darkness. She cannot bear to see the darkness consume her son. Once it's over the dagger fall into the floor. They are startle when the new Henry appears. He looks like a young version of Rumpelstiltskin. He's dress in leather his skin is almost scaly with a sparkling glow like Rumpelstiltskin's in the Enchanted Forest.
Emma: Henry?
But before they can say or do anything he grabs the dagger from the floor and giggles like Rumpelstiltskin.
Henry: This is so cool; I'm going to see my grandpa.
He flashes into a cloud of black smoke and disappears.
Part II
In Mr. Gold's shop Belle has her hand on Mr. Gold's head. The mother superior is talking to Belle.
Mother Superior: I'm sorry I can't do much for him. What I can do is give you this rose as long as it has petals he's alive and his heart is pure.
She hands Belle the rose that is on a glass case. They are both startle when Henry appears in the shop.
Belle: Henry?
The mother superior looks at Henry and immediately knows he's the dark one. She can sense his dark magic. She's about use magic to paralyze him but before she can he blast her with magic. Henry laughs a laugh that Belle is familiar with given that it's the same way Rumpelstiltskin used to laugh in the Enchanted Forest.
Henry: Those pesky fairies.
Belle: Henry, what are you doing? What happened?
Henry ignores her and walks over to where Mr. Gold is lying unconsciously. Belle stands in front of him and Mr. Gold.
Belle: I won't let you hurt him.
Henry: Hurt him? I came here to save him.
He paralyzes Belle with magic and then with a flick of his hand he wakes up Mr. Gold. The rose that the mother superior gave to Belle withers and all the petals fall.
Mr. Gold: I knew you would come, my boy. They always do. What can I do for you?
Henry: Teach me, I'm ready to embrace the darkness.
