Again, and again, his life-his precious life was disturb by Chitanda Eru, a girl, who never give up annoys him with those mystery, today was a valentine day, where it was normal for couple to give chocolate or anything else to show how much they love each other, after yesterday was such an tiring day, Oreki got his time alone now-since Satoshi and Mayaka was start dating, so there's no reason for him to accompany Satoshi with his valentine business.
He just go to the club room, and no one's there, he thought Chitanda would be there "Who cares?" Oreki said to himself after sitting down and pull out one of mystery book "G-Good Afternoon Oreki-san!" when he got his face to the door, Chitanda was bring a lot of chocolate "Whoa, how much you get?" Oreki ask while helping her bring the chocolate "A Half of my class, six from the first year and nine from the third year," Chitanda say "That sure a lot huh?" "Yeah..,"
"How about you Oreki-san?" Chitanda ask "Me? huh well I got five, from my sister, Satoshi, a giri-chocolate from Mayaka, a first-year and giri-chocolate from Irisu-senpai," "Irisu-san? She's not here anymore," Chitanda ask "I met her in the road," "I see,"
Silence between them, Chitanda bring out a book, after reading for a half-hour they both eat a chocolate they got "Oreki-san..," "Hm?" "Do you believe the red string of fate?" Chitanda said.
"Huh? Well... Maybe yes, maybe not," Oreki said "I see, met your fated person.. isn't that beautiful?" Oreki nod "Why so suddenly anyway?" Oreki ask "No well uh..," Oreki look at the romance novel she hold "I see," Oreki said.
After finishing half of the book, Oreki and Chitanda went home but before that.. "O-Oreki-san!" Oreki look at Chitanda "What?" "I-I'm sorry I can't give a chocolate," "Don't worry, I respect your family,"
"M-Maybe I just could... give this..,"
Chitanda's lips brushed his cheek for a second "I-I-I'm going home," Chitanda said.
Leaving the dumbfounded Oreki.
"So unfair...,"
Who knows.. maybe...just maybe... we're bound together.
