"What's your favorite color?" I asked, tapping Edward's nose with a teasing
smile.
"Brown." He replied with an air of obviousness that only made me more
incredulous.
"What, because it's my favorite color? Stealing answers, huh?" I demanded
airily, and could tell from his expression what he was after. He wanted to
make me blush again. Well, he wasn't getting anywhere with something that
cheesy. I managed a slightly challenging look when he shook his head. "Why
then?
"Because it's the color of your eyes." He stooped to my neck, smirking
triumphantly, as my cheeks turned his real favorite color.
I found this drabble somewhere saved into my computer. I read this and my breath shortened and my eyes started to water. It was just so sweet :)
