Percy's POV
Heaving my suitcase to the door, I rang the doorbell and waited.
A few seconds later Annabeth answered the door
"Percy? What are you doing here?" Annabeth asked staring at me confused as I strode in casually, comfortable with the familiar home I was now in.
"Well I'm here to see you, aren't I?" I said, confused. After all we were now officially boyfriend and girlfriend after all the great prophecy stuff was all sorted the threat of monsters coming after us were lower because of our display of power. Now we could go back to (somewhat) peaceful lives.
"Ah hello Percy, we have been expecting you." Mrs chase smiled at me warmly."Dad, mom what's going on?" Annabeth asked.
"Well Annabeth, Percy has asked to stay here for the summer because apparently now you two are boyfriend and girlfriend." Dr chase told her.
I remember the time when I had to ring up and tell him, knowing how much he was protective of his little Annabeth...it was quite hard convincing him I was responsible enough. But with some convincing, reminding him of the time of the time Thalia, Zoe and I warned him about the danger Annabeth was in. He finally agreed and asked I me all those normal dad-threatening-boyfriend-of-his-daughter questions, no cheating etc. Mrs chase seemed to have taken the whole dating thing in stride as if she expected it to happen...hmm...Mother's instinct?
I looked at Annabeth and she seemed quite embarrassed, "Seaweed brain, why didn't you tell me you were going to tell him?
