This is just my reason on why Tsubasa cut his hair.
"Come on Yu, it's not that bad" Tsubasa stood by Yu's bed, trying to coax him out from under his covers.
"NO! All the kids at school will make fun of me…" he pulled the covers tighter over his smaller body. Tsubasa sighed. Last night Yu had had a little incident with the super glue. He had gotten all in his hair, which of course Tsubasa had to cut out several chunks of the young boys golden orange hair. And now it's morning and time for Yu to go to school.
"Don't be embarrassed Yu, you shouldn't worry about what the other kids say."
"Shut up, you don't know anything!"
"I'll take you to get ice cream."
"Tempting, but no." Tsubasa sighed and walked out of the room, Yu peeked his head out to see Tsubasa in the bathroom opposite of his room. Yu could see his shadow. Tsubasa picked up the scissors from the counter and unclipped his hair. He sighed before he began to cut his long silver hair. Yu watched as the shadows of the pieces of hair fall to the ground.
Yu quickly pulled to cover back over his head before Tsubasa walked back in. "Come on Yu, look, I cut my hair and now I look stupid too." Yu sighed and sat up.
"You cut your hair…" he sat for a couple more seconds before bursting out in laughter. "You-you really look stupid right now!" Tsubasa blushed slightly in embarrassment, let's just say he wasn't the best a cutting it evenly.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever" he crossed his arms. "I cut my hair to make you feel better and give you the confidence to face your classmates."
Yu smiled, "Actually Tsubasa if you go to the hair dressers and get it evened out and all that stuff, you might actually look pretty good."
"You really think so?"
"Yep…so, is that offer for ice cream still on the table?"
"After school and after the hairdressers."
Yu groaned, "But I want the ice cream NOW!"
SO after cutting his hair to help Yu with his problem Tsubasa was stuck with another problem: one of Yu's ice cream fits. But was it worth it to make his "little brother" feel better? Yes, in Tsubasa book, it was well worth it.
Okay, not my best work, but I had this idea and just wanted to write a quick one-shot about it. Also I liked Tsubasa better with his long hair, either way he's he cute though…but long hair is awesome.
