Fallen for You
Summary: Gary isn't sure when or how but his feelings for his long time best friend change without his notice. Seeing he's back in town he decide to tell him only hoping it would be return.

Dark color eyes stares at the grassy fields of Pallet Town fill with life and sounds of children laughing could be heard in the distance. Standing tall almost reaching six feet, Gary Oak gives a small smile feeling please to be home. The leaves in the trees already changing color and a cool chill in the breeze brings the feeling of fall is approaching. Another year after settling down in Pallet taking over his grandfather's lab much to the old professor's surprise and relief out of his grandchildren one follow his footsteps as a Pokémon researcher.
"So you came home too, Gary?" The sudden voice a bit more deeper and mature than the last time he heard it startles Gary to look behind him finding Ash Ketchum is no longer a boy but a man.
Baby face gone replace with strong jawline and a long neck seeing a hint of a collarbone begging to be mark has his heart racing. Wide brown eyes are now those of a man who seen many things on his travels. The clothes are different. Ash wearing black cargo pants and knee high boots on his feet replacing old trainers. The black v shirt showing muscles the younger man gain along with a long trench coat in his arms along with a bag on his shoulder with his trusted Pikachu sitting on top with his trainer's hat in his paws.
"Ash?" Gary chokes seeing a broad smile and deep chuckle.
"Yeah I change a bit," Ash laughs rubbing his long raven hair which is in a ponytail.
"When did you grow out your hair? You even have a goatee?" Gary chokes seeing his old friend and formal rival turn out to be a handsome and sexy man instead of that cute little boy.
"It's something I'm trying out," Ash replies with a shrug while glancing at Pikachu rather content of watching the two talk. "So I heard you taken over for Professor Oak."
"Yes Gramps was a bit shock," Gary answers feeling his palms sweat and heart skips a few beats.
Strange feelings he been having when thinking of Ash comes forth making it clear his feelings aren't those of a friend but a lover's. When did this happen? How did it escape his notice of him fallen for his childhood friend?
"Gary?"
"Huh?" Gary blinks finding brown eyes meeting his black ones.
His eyes drops to the full lips and the urge to lean forward to kiss. He wants to kiss him. A lump forms in his throat when suddenly a small smile appears on those full lips. Before he could make a remark Ash leans forward kissing him hard and a hand snakes up his back up to his hair.
"Cha," the soft sigh of Ash's Pokémon gone unnoticed by the two.
The need for breath drives them to pull apart when Ash murmurs, "I have been wanting to do that once I see you again since I realize I fallen for you while back and not even knowing it."
"It seems I have to," Gary whispers still more in a daze and wondering where on earth ash learn to kiss like a professional. "So you home for now?"
"Yeah and maybe longer if you like," Ash answers blushes a dark red making Gary smirk and pull him back into another deeper kiss.
