Beside from being pretty, model and a title holder, she is also a scholar of their town. One day there was an event held for the scholars and Ikuto was also there. Yaya pointed him while she was tlking to Amu.
Amu's POV:
I was talking with Yaya when she suddenly pointed her finger to Ikuto, a senior in our school, but not an ordinary senior he is like one of the heartthrobs in our school.
Yaya said, Hey Amu do you see that guy over there?"
"Huh? Which one?", I replied.
She continued to point her finger and said," That tall good looking guy. You know him right? He's Ikuto Tsukiyomi, a 3rd year student in our school."
"Oh. Him." I replied.
"what kind of reaction is that Amu-chan? I think the two of you is a perfect match for each other." Yaya said while smirking.
Every time Nadeshiko, Yaya, Rima and I are talking about love and all, I feel left behind, I think it would not be so bad if I ride Yaya's teasing. And so I replied.
" Yeah, he sure is handsome and kinda fits my description of an ideal guy."
Since that they, Yaya, Nadeshiko and Rima always teases me whenever we come across Ikuto and I would ACT like I was his fan or something.
Until one day, I actually fell for him, I had a crush on him. And so I told my friends that I do have a crush on him. It is because I thought that he's a senior and like a heartthrob in our school, there would be no way our paths would come across each other and it would just be alright to see him from afar in that way there'd be no problems and things would just be simple and I have no intention in getting close and be friends with him.
Unexpectedly, our teacher was chosen to join the contest in celebration for the teacher's month.
Ms. Nakamori: Amu, will it be possible for you to teach me how to do the walking since you are a model because I was chosen by the advisor to join the contest for teachers and students.
Me: Sure Mam! No problem, I'll do anything to be of help to you.
I immediately blurted that answer because I though that helping my teacher won't bring any harm.
In the afternoon, I brought Nadeshiko along with me and went to Ms. Nakamori's office. She told us all the mechanics of the contest and it is required for her to have a male student partner for the contest.
Ms. Nakamori is tall, about the same height as me, 5'6" so she needs to have a partner with a height of at least 5'8".
Ms. Nakamori: I think choosing the right partner will be hard since there are a few student in our school who have height that will fit mine and have looks at the same time. But I think, Ikuto Tsukiyomi, the senior student will be a good choice right? Wont you agree?
The moment I heard the name Ikuto Tsukiyomi, my heart begin to beat very fast and so I decided to answer my teacher." Oh, Ikuto- senpai. I thing it's up for you to decide and I will have no obejection on whoever you will choose but you may be right that Ikuto-senpai fits best to be your partner."
Nadeshiko looked at me, criticizing what kind of expression I am having. A t the same time, our teacher smiled at me and said," Then it's settled. It will be him Ok?" you wouldn't mind teaching him ramp modeling too right?"
At that moment, I thought, what just happened? What happened to my confidence that our paths will NEVER come across with each other? Is this a big joke? If I'm dreaming, I'd better wake up!
