Hiya... before you, the reader goes on to read the next chapter, I wanna talk about something with you.

My main character, Karasu, is a Suzaku senshi. Before you turn away in disgust or bombard me with reviews/emails saying how wrong I am... wait!

For those of you who know the great TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer or at least of heard of it, then you know about the "chosen." A Slayer is chosen every time another dies. Zing! The Slayer "power" goes into another Chosen One the very moment the previous Slayer dies.

Picture that. And now, enter Fushigi Yuugi. I've been planning this fic for awhile, wondering how I can come about this. Like one of my main problems, I didn't want my character to be a Mary Sue. So... again, those who are Buffy related, think of Faith. ^^

My musical inspiration so far are the wonderful Tori Amos song, "A Sorta Fairy Tale." Thus, being the title. And "Pain," the great song by Four Star Mary. I suggest you check them out!

I understand if you might be confused at first—hey, I'm a confusing person! XD

::winces:: Okay, so I know I've been doing some serious neglecting. For Inuyasha, "Precious Illusions," and for another Fushigi Yuugi ficlet, "The Summoning of the Heart." I promise to work on both the next chapters, for my winter break starts now! ^^;
