AN: well this idea came to me in a very odd way... I was listening to this song and I decided to write this... Hope you enjoy

I "I just wanted to ask you something. I was wondering if... well you wanted to go to dinner sometime. I know that I'm a lot older than you but I really want to get to know you." He answered nervously.
After a short silence Tonks smiled and brought her lips to his.

She ain't typical, she's
unpredictable, she's available,

How my heart stumbled into

"I thought you'd never ask." She whispered in his ear as he took her in his arms. He sighed in relieve. "I thought you'd say no I mean," he started but didn't get to finish his sentence. "Don't worry you wont have to be alone anymore." Tonks interrupted.
~Up 'til now my life has been
so lonely and boring
I never thought I would find
someone~
"Where were you planning on going?" Tonks asked two years later after their first date at the restaurant. "Well there's this new fancy place up town I thought we could try." Remus suggested.

That night, as Tonks walked down to the hall where Remus was waiting, his jaw dropped. She was wearing a black tank-top dress, her hair was chocolate brown and tied up in a loose bun. He kissed her on the cheek and offered her his arm which she accepted.
~So elegant, intelligent, heaven sent,

I put a big down payment on that
itty bitty diamond ring
She's so beautiful,
it's indisputable, it's undeniable,
she's got-to-havable
She's music to my ears,
makes my heart sing, so kissable,

"Tonks?" Remus said as they waited for their meal. "Yes?" "Well... it's just that... what I mean is... I... ummm..." he stuttered.

But every time I talk
I start to stutter~
"What is it?" she asked, now curious as to what had her love tongue tied.
