Prologue
The bespectacled young man frowned uncharacteristically, while pacing the interiors of his one-room apartment. He walked back and forth, his scowl deepening, and his steps becoming more frantic by the minute. "Maybe, I should've consulted Touya….."He thought aloud. At long last, he slipped on his only coat and slamming the door shut, walked out.
The manicured lawn spread before the entrance to the head office of The Herald seemed to mock him as he sauntered down the pebbled path. Shaking these thoughts off his mind, he walked into the lobby and glided over to the reception. "I have an appointment with Ryu Li." He proclaimed. The dolled up receptionist looked at him in a bored fashion and replied, "4th floor, room no.216."
"Please sign on all the pages." instructed the roguish man who introduced himself as Ryu Li. The pen seemed slippery in his sweaty hands. Glistening dots of perspiration lined his forehead. "Fill in your pen name as well." He grasped the expensive Parker in his left hand and scribbled, 'The Yue' in the last blank.
