Doctor Who- Adventures of the 12th Doctor
Features my AU 12th Doctor, set up like a series. Remember, it's an AU, meaning I've changed a few things besides just the Doctor... I love this Doctor and I hope you will too. Rated T to be safe. I may also write a few bonus one-shots in this universe. And make a few "movie" fics. Look out for the upcoming TARDIS Tales series for this, too!
Sorry if this prologue seems a little goofy. XD I'm not entirely used to writing for Doctor Who, I usually write for Danny Phantom. XD
P.S. I'm not British and I'm doing the best I can to keep my terminology correct... Guh.
Prologue- Regeneration
Well, he had defeated the enemy after a long and hard struggle. The Doctor had won again, but the victory seemed fake somehow, like it didn't really matter. He had left his previous companion at her home due to her request. The loss of his companion wasn't what made it feel fake or unreal. He felt... terrible.
I must have obtained some sort of injury, he thought, rubbing his head and breathing heavily. Sweat dripped down from his forehead as he slumped down the TARDIS walls. The Doctor felt a burning in his hearts. He glanced at one of his hands, which was starting to glow. He swallowed a lump that was forming in his throat. He was about to regenerate. Maybe his injury was that severe.
"Well... I guess it's finally time for this body to go." He chuckled lightly and took one last look at his bow tie. "I may not even like you anymore," he told it. Finally, with a satisfied breath, the Doctor shut his eyes and let the burning take him over and set him into flames.
Well, that's all for the prologue XD Episode 1, we get to know what he looks like. Yay! And meet some OCs of mine.
I was seriously trying to figure out what regeneration felt like with this. I figured it burned...
AREN'T YOU JUST SO CONFUSED AS TO WHAT HAPPENED? I might reveal that in some other fic, but not in this setup.
