Prologue
The 1st and 12th doctors shaked each others hand. Sad that they both have to leave but know why they have to leave. To go and regenerate and keep the cycle of the Doctor going.
" It has been a privilege and an honour. It is very good to know that my future is in safe hands", said the 1st doctor.
Both doctors shake hands and share a smile, both optimistic about the future but also sad that they have to leave each other and their current bodies, but both ecstatic and yearning for what exciting and thrilling things the future will have in store for both of them. As the 12th doctor begins to walk off he turns around and says ,"Thank you Doctor. You know what Doctor? You were fantastic. You are the original doctor. No matter how many times you will change. You will always be the Doctor. You were stern and grounded, but you were also kind and you loved each and every one of your companions. You will be remembered and respected by each of your incarnations. You have a very long and exciting ride ahead." He finishes off with a grin and tears in his eyes.
The 1st doctor felt very touched by his older selves incarnation. He give off a soft small smile. He walks away to his TARDIS. Unbeknownst to him, come running up to the 12 slips off to the side into the fog and out of sight.
Ben and Polly come running up to the TARDIS as 12 looked on.
"Wait for us!" shouted Polly
"Open the door!"exclaimed Ben.
"Let us in!" Polly pleaded with desperation.
"You can't leave us" Ben cried,"Open up!"
The doors open up. Ben and Polly enter the TARDIS. The 1st doctor stumbles around in confusion.
"This body of mine is wearing a bit thin," said the Doctor. He sees a man with a stylish quiff and bow tie. The man smiles as he aids in piloting the TARDIS and vanishing afterwards. The doctor falls down.
"DOCTOR!" cried Polly, rushing in to help the doctor.
"Leave him alone Polly. He's dead", said Ben regretfully. Saddened by the fact they lost a friend.
Right when he says that. An illuminating light radiates from the doctor. A bright white light. Enveloping him.
The glow illuminates the TARDIS windows and the commonw whooshing noise the Doctor as heard throughout all his lifetimes. He grins to himself. As he makes his way over to the modern TARDIS. Once he makes it there as opens up the door. He stumbles onto the railway. The regeneration energy is starting to come out now. Impatient to stay in dormont any longer. The Doctor feels all the cells in his body hastingly dying at once. Starting immediately with his thyroid and kidneys. After hitting a few switches in quick succession and the TARDIS whooshing away immediately. He collapses unto the ground.
His past is flaring up before his dying dimming eyesight. Seeing all that he did in the past few hundred years he spent in this version of himself.
He hears voices of his past lives.
"Doctor", says Bill, Nardle, Clara, Missy.
"Doctor!" exclaimed Rory
"Raggedy Man.", said Amy sorrowfully
"Please don't die, your the most wonderful man that I met and I don't want you to die," said Wilfred sorrowfully.
"Doctor," said Martha, Mickey, Jack.
"Grandfather," said Susan.
Then as it happened to the first it will so happened to the current one. As he stood up looking up to the ceiling of the TARDIS. With a grin the regeneration explodes from the doctors and hands and head. The old body that the doctor had was being washed away and a new body a new person and a whole new experience that washed in.
