Tsuzuki had just gone through a particularly sour break up with is boyfriend, Muraki. Tsuzuki remembered the break up very well. When he broke the news to Muraki that he was going to be with Hisoka the doctor went mad.

While looking in a park I found Muraki. He walked up to me, he was a mess, his clothes where disheveled and his hair unkept. Muraki had definitely gone mad, he was reciting song lyrics. And Tsuzuki never laughed when Muraki said he'd go insane, because Muraki already was insane.

Well you just wait they'll find you yet, and when they do they'll put you in the ASPCA you mangy mutt." Muraki was yelling, This was the final blow. Tsuzuki was fed up and sick of being treated like less than a human. He pulled out his gun and shot Muraki, killing him. Tsuzuki panicked. He killed his ex!. He sat and rocked. An ambulance came and took him away….
