Applejack sighed glancing at the map again "ah assume we're 'bout a quarter way round tha mountain by now what do ya think Fluttershy?" the only answer she got was an unintelligible squeak. Applejack sighed again "Sugar ah know that yer scared but princess Celestia chose us ta do this and we've gotta follow through" another small squeak came out of Fluttershy's mouth. "Ah try ta understand all mah friends but Fluttershy you have ta be tha one I understand tha least" she kicked at a pebble and gave the map another look "do ya remember the day when Twilight came ta town remember when we were facing of the manticore remember when we defeated Nightmare Moon!" Applejack was almost yelling now "You were so brave ah'd never seen you act like that before and when we defeated Nightmare! Ya acted like ya knew it was gonna happen all along!"
Applejack's voice softened "and look at yerself now ah just can't understand you Fluttershy but ah'm a gonna keep on tryin' because ah truly believe that down there underneath that shy exterior lies a heart a' gold ah reckon it just needs a little nudge in the right direction ta bring out tha Fluttershy we all know is in there tha Fluttershy who'd do anything for her friends" there was a long silence until Applejack exclaimed "ah look we're here already!" and she pulled her into view of the rest of the mane 6.
Applejack's words echoed through Fluttershy's head as the dragon attacked her friends
"you were so brave"
"look at yerself now"
"ah truly believe that underneath that shy exterior lies a heart a' gold"
"OK mister that is enough!" she yelled you may be bigger than us but you do not I repeat you do not HURT MY FRIENDS!" as she rose into the air she spotted Applejack smiling at her and mouthing the words "there's tha Fluttershy we know and love!"
I know it was really short but I think it turned out pretty good sorry if I got Fluttershy's lines wrong when she's talking to the dragon. Please R&R and tell me what you think I might write more fanfics in the future.
