Hello~ I adopted this story from IWalkBlindlyIntoTheShadows, hope you enjoy! ;)

He padded through the forest, transparent paws making no sound as they pressed against the sparkling blades of grass. The dark purples and swirled pinks of the sky were coated in stars that were scattered aimlessly. Once he reached his destination, the ghostly figure placed himself on a large sloped boulder, with sharp and pointed ends shaped into a jagged triangle. He looked out into the starry forest. His dull amber eyes grew sad as they drifted across the Starclan border and into the depths of the dead and rotting trees of the Dark-forest. He felt a pang in his heart, the aching feeling for someone who he lost to the clutches of the darkness that raided everyone's soul. However, the one he loved and protected, allowed himself to be consumed by darkness and his hatred and jealousy devoured him whole.

"Sweetheart, what are you doing out here?" A soft voice came from behind the grey tom, his amber eyes narrowed and he dug his claws into the soft and rich dirt underneath.

"Mother" He greeted stiffly, the white tip of his tail twitching in annoyance. (he wished the stupid feline would bugger off already) He went rigid as his mother took a seat beside him, her yellow eyes landing on his still form. He growled lowly as she pressed up against him, wrapping her tail around his small body and pulling him into her side. (did he ask for any affection…no) He bit his lip, squirming uncomfortably in her embrace. She looked to where his gaze had been moments before and he felt her body stiffen, and he lowered his gaze, anger growing in his chest.

"What have I told you, it's his fault your dead! He did this to you, and he ruined your entire life!" She snarled, her voice hate filled and venomous.

"Mother I…" He tried but she growled, slamming a paw into the dirt.

"Did you forget that he is the reason we are all here, why half the clan is here? Did you forget he caused all of this?!" She snarled, the grey tom hissed and swatted her side and slipped from her clutch. He rounded on the marble cream tabby, his pelt bristling and back arched, black lips pulled back into a nasty snarl.

"What he did was what you deserved! You treated him like filth like he was nothing but fox dung and bad omens! You got what you deserved, even if it was a little bit unnecessary" He retorted, raising his nose and sniffing angrily. She hissed in frustration and got to her paws.

"I'm not going to have this conversation with you" She growled, before stomping away into the endless night.
