LuLu is a young girl who feels abandoned by her mom because she never has time for her daughter. Louanne Wellington is moving to New York with her mother. Her parents split up because they never had enough time for each other. LuLu wants to be a rebel but her mom will not let her. The only person she knows of in New York is Stuart Minkus her mom's ex boyfriend and nemesis.
LuLu woke up and got dressed. Wearing a red tank top, cream skirt, cream jacket, and red flats. Then she went and finished packing all her clothes and everything else important, so she could move to New York. Finally LuLu and her mom got in their car and headed to New York while LuLu wrote in her diary.
