"I thought you were a vamp of your word,"

"Because I didn't make a promise,"

"No I didn't,"

"There is no way in this universe that I would make a promise like that!"

"There you go then. Bedroom convention of 1930…any promises coerced while doing that thing with your tongue are not binding,"
"But in the amendment of 1931, promises are binding when I do that,"
"When was that amendment ratified?"
"Er…when I was doing that thing with my tongue,"
"That's it! You are never to do that thing with your tongue in front of me EVER AGAIN!"

"Beside the point,"
"Anyway, I can't do that mate,"

"Addendum to 1931 Amendment, thing with tongue has to be done at least once a decade,"
"Let me guess…I agreed when you did that tongue thing,"
"Yup. And I haven't done it even once yet,"

"None of those counted because I used a different item,"
"They should still count. The tongue thing was still done. And you got an office that time,"

"You're not getting a new car,"

Angel groaned when Spike did that thing with his tongue before sucking on his lollipop. He handed the other vampire a set of keys.
"I knew you wouldn't break your promise,"
"I will make you pay for that,"
"Promises…promises,"
Angel grabbed him, pulled the lollipop out, and kissed the smirk off his face.
