~The Varia Family~
Most think that the Varia men are just heartless killers. But that's not completely true. They have a system of who is what family member. It is quite simple. It goes like this:
Xanxus- Father. He is the iron fist that holds the family together, even if it means throwing wine glasses at his oldest "son", Squalo, or having to cuss at each family member several times for different reasons. The other males look up to him to hold their family together for the rest of time and space itself.
Lussuria- Mother. He is the gentler side of this bat shit crazy family, as Xanxus and Squalo like to put it gently. The other members go to him to spill out what is ever on their mind. Lussuria would just listen though it and then offer his advice, through his advice usually got him a punch in the face as thanks. He stills loves them in the way as a mother will always love her children.
Squalo- Oldest Son. He is rough around the edges and fights with his 'father', Xanxus, and Bel almost every day. But he cares and looks out for Bel, Mammon, and Fran in a sibling way, though he'll never admits it. Xanxus is the iron fist that he needs to stay (somewhat) sane, while Lussuria is the heart he needs. Tell anyone and he will hunt down your ass quicker than you can blink.
Belphagor- Middle Son. The sick, twisted prince. He fights with Squalo, yes, but he looks up to him in a way a little brother would to a big brother. When they weren't trying to kill each other, they were acting like brothers. Playing video games, talking, picking on Mammon and Fran. Course like Squalo, he wouldn't admit it.
Mammon and Fran- Youngest Sons. The illusionists. As the youngest sons, they have to deal with being picked on by Squalo and Bel, and Lussuria wanting to use them as living dress up dolls. But they look up to all the other males (expect Levi) and are willing to die and/or get rid of all their money for them to live another day.
Levi- Dog. This, really, is no surprise. He will forever remain loyal to Xanxus and will do anything to make him happy.
As you have just read, the Varia has a family bond. Even though it has violence, broken wine glasses, cuss/swear words, and far too many nights of broken bones, they are quite comfortable in it and wouldn't change it for the world. (Expect maybe to have Xanxus as the tenth Vongola boss, but that is even still slim.)
