A meadow

Rows of flowers

A cheerful bout of laughter

as if from a child

"Luddy, Luddy."

He chants

The other man comes near

near enough

for the smaller of the two

to wrap a flower necklace

on top of the other's head

A grin,

A laugh

The smaller's face is lit up with joy

"Come near, come near."

The taller comes closer

An excited giggle chimes

as if that of a child

He stands on tiptoes,

He kisses him

There, there

The breeze rustles their clothes

as he finally pulls away from the kiss

With a wink and a smile

Things return to normal
