Summary: Noctis will never let go of Stella.
People had told him to move on with his life, to let go of it and to accept the fact that she's not coming back ever again. She's dead after all, like so many others who had died in the misery and tragedy of the war.
She had died, wanting him to live, that's what Jake tells him, she didn't want him to forever mourning her loss, to which Noctis counters that he knows nothing about it at all.
She wasn't any good for him anyways, Drake constantly reminds him, and all se did was hurt him, which makes Noctis angrily call his best friend all sorts of names, even though he knows that what he says is true.
"I love him." confesses Lightning, "I want him to care for me like he cared for her." At those words, Noctis has nothing to say. He is too baffled by his friend's unexpected feelings.
"Just move on," they all say to him. "Just let go of her please," they added.
But Noctis refuses to do so. He's not ready to let go of her just yet. Stella is still in every empty part of him, patching up the holes with her sad, passionate love.
One day Noctis will move on. He'll stop pretending that she will come back and he'll return Lightning's feelings.
Noctis will never let go. On several occasions, he will try, but it would never work. Stella will always somehow cling onto Noctis's heart and fill up the empty holes of his soul.

Just to fill up on some things. They haven't told the names of Noctis's gang yet so I made up the names as they came.
There will be future FF13 fanfics in the future. Although it may be my OTP from now on. Especially with the paring CloudxLightning.
