You cursed your friends. You cursed the dark haired pianist in front of you. You cursed literally everyone you've ever met as both of you locked eyes, and the room went up in a holler of aaah's and ohh's. They all were instigating you to do one specific business.

Your heart was beating erratically while you stared into this dim eyes, wishing the ground would swallow you right up there and then. Your throat felt as dry as a desert and your palms began to sweat. You had just wanted to get a drink, for god's sake! A simple soda!

But then you and Licht accidentally crossed paths.

In the doorway.

Under a mistletoe.

Sure, there were worse people to end up under a kissing ball with, but despite all that, public displays of affection were an other level of embarrassment you didn't even want to think about.

You laughed nervously and glanced up at Licht who had none expression on his normally stern face. Just his twitching eye indicated that he wasn't pleased with this situation either.

You didn't listen further to the explanation of the short vampire and looked down as you realised how mortifying this whole situation was. Normally, you would just kiss the person and leave, but it was Licht. Not the reason that he would kick you through the wall made you hesitate, but that you had a crush on him. You just couldn't pull yourself together!

Your cogitation got completely disrupted as Licht grabbed your small shoulders and crashed his lips onto yours. It was a deep kiss that sent you reeling. This wasn't just a peck on the lips, he was semi-making out in front of all your friends! Though he pulled away before anything got bad.
"Ohh, little angel also has a hot side! Hahaha!" Lawless theatrical voice got you out of your daze, and not too soon a pair of black boots sent him flying through the living room.
"Shut up."

You felt a cosiness floating through your veins, emitting you on cloud nine.

Licht really kissed you.

And you haven't fainted to your surprise!
