The heels of Ian Shaw's steel toed boots clicked on the freshly paved asphalt as he made his way to exam a Mazda RX-7. The car was flipped onto it's roof, oil spilling from the fuel tank, which had been punctured by pieces of twisted metal. Ian's heart was pounding in his chest, excitement coming over him. He hadn't been this excited since his first street race with his younger brother, Owen Shaw, who had been murdered in a plane crash a few months before. Ian knew who killed Owen, and he vowed to exact his revenge on the people who killed his precious younger brother.

The street was dim, the moon tucked tight behind the clouds looming over Tokyo, but there was a bit of light coming from a fire that had started due to the crash. The fire was slowly getting bigger and bigger, and would surely consume the RX-7 and explode due to the oil leaking from the fuel tank. There was a man in the driver's seat of the car, a man with messy black hair and sharp brown eyes. He was breathing heavily, his body was covered in cuts
and bruises, all results of the crash. One would have easily recognized the man as Han Lue, a subordinate of the Yakuza and a business partner of Takashi. He was a highly respected man, and he had a decent reputation throughout Japan. A tear slipped from Han's eye as his life flashed before him, his life slowly coming to an end; stealing computer parts and drugs with his friends Ben, Daric, and his cousin Virgil when he was in high school, hijacking tanker trucks with Dominic Toretto, Letty Ortiz, and his ex-girlfriend Cara Mirtha in the Dominican Republic, joining Dominic and Brian O'Conner in Rio de Janerio to steal all of Hernan Reyes' money, joining Dominic once more and helping him find a presumed deceased Letty Ortiz (who had long-term memory
loss) and taking down Owen Shaw, and finally memories of both Gisele Harabo and Sean Boswell. Gisele had been his girlfriend before being killed, and he thought of Sean was somewhat of a son to him, as he could tell that Sean thought of him as a father. He would be joining Gisele in the afterlife, but he would be leaving behind Sean, lost and confused in a world that was so alien to him. "I just can't win." He thought to himself as he let death consume him.

Ian casually walked up to the wreckage of Han's RX-7, a smirk plastered on his face. He pulled a silver cross necklace out of his coat pocket, examining it for a moment before throwing it into the wreckage of the RX-7. He continued walking as he pulled a cell phone out of his other pocket. He dialed a number, a Los Angles number, and held the phone up to his ear. He could see an American boy wearing a long-sleeved shirt run in his direction, a scared and dumbfounded look on his face. Ian knew who the boy was. This boy was Sean Boswell, a delivery boy for Han. Ian wanted to pull the Desert Eagle out of the holster around his waist and kill the little nuisance, but he decided against it. 'That's Takashi's business.' He thought as he waited for someone to answer the phone. "Hello?" He heard someone say into the phone after a few seconds.

"Dominic Toretto, you don't know me," Ian took a short breath as the RX-7 behind him exploded. "but you're about to." He hung up the phone and continued to walk down the street. He turned his head to see a black Nissan Fairlady 350Z do a 180-degree spin and drive away quickly. 'All's going according to plan.' He thought as he turned his head forward again to look where he was going.
