Why in care: In 2009, mother, father and sister murdered by criminal Tom Sidson, who threatened young Lia with murder. At the last second the police intervened, Sidson was sent to prison for life. 2011, Sidson escaped and murdered Lia's 27 year old brother whom she had been living with. Again, Sidson was sentenced for life. Lia was taken to care.

General behaviour: A sweet humour's girl, with a brilliant singing voice. Gets on well with other children, hardly ever gets upset.
