A Breath
"Yay, finally we're here!!!" said Kei happily while eating his lollipop. The SP team looked around the place. "Are you sure this is where we have to train?" said Narumi anxiously looking around at the beach "This place looks more like a place for a holiday for me". "Yes this is the place. And by the way we do need a holiday, so after you packed your bags you can all have a tour around this place". In a flash everybody walked straight into the beach house. "I really want to swim do you Kiri chan?" said Kanako while walking next to Kiri. "Yawn, I'd rather sleep thanks" Replied Kiri in her usual 'not caring about anything' looks.
After everybody settled down, Kiri slept, Kei watched and eat, Occhi looked at the schedule. When Narumi stepped into the house he saw Kiri sleeping and yelled straight away "Hei, Puffy Head wake up we've got to practice you know!!" "Relax Naru Naru I was just taking a nap". "Hey, Narumi I think you need to relax. You're too tense" said Occhiai looking at Narumi.
"Oh well I'm going to go around this place"
Kiri walked around the place and see into the beautiful sea. She was standing in a rock near the sea. From the beach house she walked a few meters and find a place like this so she quickly came to this place and just stare at the water, when suddenly Narumi came" Hey, Puffy Head what are you doing here? Why aren't you swimming like the others?" Narumi said pointing at the others playing in the beach. "I can't swim" said Kiri flatly. "Wahahahahahahaha how can you not know how to swim?" "Well I'm not a genius like you" said Kiri. At a few minutes there was a silence between the two. And without looking at Kiri's face Narumi knew that she was angry and she just teased him by saying that he's a genius. "I'm sleepy I wanna take a nap at the beach house. See you later Naru Naru" said Kiri finally.
Just when Kiri was about to leave she slipped and there was a big splash in the water. Narumi turned around and screamed"Puffy Head!!"
Narumi saw Kiri drowning into the deep sea. For a minute he froze. He didn't know what to do. The he suddenly jumped from the rock and swam. He swam deeper and deeper just to reach Kiri's small hand. When he was just about to run out of oxygen he finally grabbed her hand and pulled her up.
He carried Kiri to the surface and put her on the big rock. He slept next to her and pushed her shoulder lightly and said "Hey, Puffy Head wake up!!" but Kiri didn't move at all. When he got that kind of reply, he sat and looked into Kiri's face; her face was pale but cute as usual.
What am I supposed to do? Think Narumi in his head. Then that thought just came into his head. "I have to do this" he said firmly to his self.
Then he took Kiri's face and took a big breath, then he kissed Kiri and gave her a breath. He blushed and looked at Kiri. Please, please wake up thought Narumi. Suddenly Kiri cough, her face was pink again. He looked at Narumi and then hugged him "Thanks Naru Naru, without you, I could have died" then she smiled her sweetest smile. Narumi blushed and didn't say anything. But then he said "Well, if I didn't save you SP will surely lose" Narumi regretted saying that because he sound so snobby. "Aren't you the genius??" said Kiri in her usual flat expression.
After Kiri said that Narumi smiled and they both watched the sunset together with wet clothes and cold winds blew. But somehow Narumi's heart felt warm.
