A lady for Hawk chapter 1(I don't own Gi Joe or anything but these stories I wrote for fun
A group of Joes decided to go to a carnival after their long mission. "I don't think I want to attempt that one Flint, It is too high for me. We can all go see the fortune teller instead."
"I guess we can do that, you know one day I will drag you onto that and you will love it Jaye"
"I doubt that severely Flint." Jaye grabbed Flint's hand and led him into the fortune teller's tent. Scarlett, Duke, Hawk and Ace followed. Lady Jaye sat down and asked the fortune teller what does she see for her future. "I see you and a handsome man who is over confident but afraid of commitment walking down an aisle, he is placing a ring on your finger before your peers."
Scarlett whispers "she got Flint right doesn't she" everyone laughed. Ace pushes Jaye aside and says "I'm next what's in my future sweetheart?" She glances into her crystal ball and says to Ace, "You will lose your next 3 bets." "Aww man you got to be kidding, wait maybe this will work to my advantage, hmmm." "Anyone else?" she said. Duke pushes Hawk down and makes him listen to his fortune. She tells Hawk, "You are a very good leader, I see a blonde lady entering your life that you will fall in Love with. I see you fighting a hard battle with her, but I'm afraid that's all I see."
Hawk got up chuckling and decided to go get some food. When the Joes all left, the fortune teller took off her wig and mask and revealed the baroness. "Now let's put General Hawk's fortune into reality" she said as she changed her clothes and put on a blonde wig. She put contacts in and left the tent.
"So Hawk do you believe in the fortune?" Duke asked
"Not one little Bit Duke, you know that I don't believe in such things, now to more talk about this, Let us go have some fun while we can enjoy the piece and quiet while it last.
They were in line getting ready to get on the Skyscream when Hawk turns around and he feels somebody bumping into him. He looks down and sees a beautiful blonde with bright blue eyes looking up at him. He helps her up and says "Are you ok Miss …?" "Bethany Adams and yes I am alright. I do apologize I guess I wasn't looking where I was going."
