So here's Steph at 2AM pondering about the emotional roller coaster ride she went through while she was around Paul. Something unusual. Something special. But she could never describe it in words.. or maybe she was too shy to do so. And on the other side, Paul was very sure of every feeling he felt for her.
While Steph was wondering about her feelings, the phone rings.. and Paul it was..
*goosebumps* *why is he calling me at the middle of the night?*
She recollected herself and answered the call..
'Hi Steph'
'Well Hi..' answered Steph
'Howdy?' asked Paul
'I'm okay. Anything urgent?'
'Nope. I just wanted to be sure of you.' said Paul with a smirk
'Sure of me?' asked an unsure Stephanie
'Wanted to see if you would answer me whenever I called you, even at odd hours' said Paul, without even knowing why he said that
'Why wouldn't I?' answered Steph
'Why would you?'
'Cause...'
'Cause?' said Paul in his cute voice.. smiling..
'Cause.. um... I really think you are...'
'I am?'
'A nice guy.' complemented Steph
'Just a nice guy?' asked a rather amazed Paul
'nope. well more than that. You've always been there for me. I really really like...' muttered Steph
'Like me?' said Paul, thinking of all the possible happenings in the future
'Oh.. maybe.'
'you aren't sure?' asked Paul
'I am.. I don't think we should be talking at this hour.. Can we talk tomorrow?' said Steph nervously
'Come on babe. What will be the difference between now and tomorrow?' asked Paul
'I would be able to talk then...' said the lovely girl
'We're talking now too' said Paul with amusement
'No.. I wouldn't be this nervous.'
'Why on this planet are you nervous talking to me? We're besties right?' said Paul, who was trying to know what was in his love's heart..
'Sure thing. But I'm feeling a weird feeling today... Your eyes melted me today.. Oops what am I starting. TTYL Paul'
'No wait Steph. What were you taking about? My eyes?' said Paul, laughing!
'Nothing.. I'll see ya tomorrow' said an embarrassed blue eyed girl with her heart beating a million times in a second..
Steph ends the call while Paul was just left smiling... Both of them couldn't really sleep the whole night...
