A/N: This is my first Fic so here it is. I was in a very bad mood. Sorry for the feels!

Warning: Character Death
"Nymphadora!" he shouted. She shouted back, he couldn't hear her. He felt a curse whiz past his ear and turned to face his asaltant. The duel was fast and he was falling behind. He saw her go down. He heard her body hit the ground. His wife, the woman who accepted him for what he was. On their wedding night, her smile had lit up the room. Her beautiful eyes sparkling with laughter and mischief when she helped Fred and George play pranks. Her set jaw and determination when he had tried to avoid her. The tender, caring look on her face when she saw Teddy. He heard her laughter, her voice telling people not to call her ''Nymphadora'.
A single tear rolled down his cheek. He fought faster and harder. For Teddy. For Her. An animalistic growl escaped him. Taking out his own assaultant before he finished the man who took Her away from him. Glancing around once more to check that they were alone, he threw himself on his knees next to her. He grabbed her smaller hand in his own, putting the other in her hair, thinking of how it would never change again, not the color when she was angry or sad, not the length for disguises. She was gone.
He began to cry in earnest. He cried for his son, who would grow up without a mother, for her, a life ended far to soon, and for himself, his love had been ripped away as soon as he got it. He felt the grief of a man for his wife and that of a wolf for his mate. Thoughts whirled in his mind. He heard footsteps but he didn't move. I love you was his last thought as the world went dark.
