A/N: This is my first drabble and posted story for Supernatural, so hopefully it doesn't suck too bad. Writing this really helped motivate me into finishing a bunch of Supernatural stories I've began to write so hopefully I'll post them soon!

The road is uneven and stained with blood. Blood from Dean's battle with a werewolf. Nasty son of a bitch.
Sam gingerly hoists him up to his feet and curls a protective arm around his injured brother's waist.
Dean stumbles across the road; green eyes dull. A weary breath rattles his battered chest as he slumps toward the ground. Sam doesn't let that happen. Won't let him fall.
"Easy there Dean," His voice is soft. "Don't worry I'll keep you steady."
Despite the pain Dean smiles. He believes him.
