Hey. This is Celebi. I know you might think I'm crazy but I'm only like that when Mew is bugging me. Or Mewtwo tries to be partners for one of his experiments with me. Well here's my guide to a Prankster

Who is Mew?

My annoying, prank, smart-alike female partner. (Ash, I know it was you who did this.) She's so annoying, it drives me to the be crazy ax killing person people know me. I'm just lucky I don't actually kill her, or Arceus would be on my case. BUT He and most of the legendaries think Mew is very annoying.

Some of Mew's pranks.

Prank: Whoppy chosen in Arceus Chair.

Aftermath: Arceus got her back by gluing her mouth shut for a week.

Endnote: It was very peaceful during that week.

Prank: Gave Ash electric buzzer.

Aftermath: Ash tried to whip her to death but Arceus saved her.

Endnote: Ash is really scary especially if you piss him off. See Arceus Guide to know how to take care of him.

Prank: Gave Articuno a book that exploded when opened.

Aftermath: She used Blizzard on her. Thad out by a day.

Endnote: Watch out for blizzard.

Prank: Left me stranded on a island.

Aftermath: I tried to kill her with my ax.

Endnote: Never trust Mew.

Prank: Covered Registeel in cheese balls with a cheese bomb.

Aftermath: Registeel flushed her down one of Heatran's toilets. Regirock saved her.

Endnote: A lot of people want to kill Mew.

Prank: Pant the Hall pink.

Aftermath: Arceus made her repaint it back to it's original color.

Endnote: The hall is very big. I wouldn't like to paint it.

Well that's just a small sample of her pranks.

How to handle her.

Try not to kill her. And avoided her frenetically or you'll be her next target.

Suddenly a pink cat creature appeared. Then she fake farted. Celebi heard that and got out her ax. Then began to chase Mew like crazy. Mew said 'I'm sorry.' like a thousand times. Then Ash saw Celebi's work. 'Even Celebi's doing this. That seals it. I'm writing my own.' Ash thought then he watched the two chase.
