They always say opposites attract, light and dark, blond and brunette, night and day, pale and tanned.
Both had been friends as long as they could remember and they had shared everything. When they first go together nobody expected it, the tall pale muscular Draco Malfoy the heir to one of the biggest fortunes in the wizarding world. The eligible bachelor and sex god of Hogwarts was in a relationship with Blaise Zabini. Blaise Zabini the silent and mysterious Slytherin who many girls fantasize over. The tall, slim, Italian and the only child to Maria Zabini. Many had questioned the mysterious deaths of Blaise's mothers many husbands that make him and her a mystery.
Both boys were the exact opposite in appearance; one had short straight blond hair other had shoulder length wavy dark brunette, one had grey eyes the other indigo blue, one was pale as ghost the other tanned he colour of melted dairy milk chocolate. Even though both were tall there shapes differed Draco was shorter but wider with a muscular build. Blaise was taller but was lankier and had a small amount of muscle on his arms.
Many said there were two sides of a coin and they were. Both had equally different personalities.
Draco was often cold, and cruel to those he didn't know well and there was an ice block you had to smash before you could know the real Draco Lucius Malfoy, and many people still haven't managed it. However Blaise was always warm and pleasant to everyone he met, know matter how long he had known him or her and who he or she was. Many had questioned his place as a Slytherin. Often saying he was more a Ravenclaw. Unlike Draco, Blaise cared more about what people thought of him than his own appearance, where as Draco cared more about his appearance than peoples views on him.
They each liked different things, one preferring practical lessons like Potions and the other preferring knowledgeable lessons like Arithmacy. One preferred to be out in the night sit under a tree and watch the moon in the night sky. The other was all about the day, lying under the baking sun relaxing on the grass. Draco being a man of action while Blaise been a man of words.
Together they were the flip side of a coin, one was light other was dark, one was blonde other was brunette, one preferred the night where as the other preferred the day and one was pale and the other was tanned. And that's how they liked it.
They always said opposites attract and they were right.
