"Rose! Move!" Sparrow shouted as the bullet sped toward her heart. Her long legs stood still, bolted to the floor. She blinked as the steel projectile entered her body, throwing her violently to the wooden floor. Pain shot through her senses, overwhelming her. 'So this is how it ends, then." Rose could still hear voices, but they were blurred. Rose sighed. Can't they just let her die in peace? But they still went on, so reluctantly Rose concentrated, trying to make sense of the words.

"Rose! Rose…," a scared small voice whimpered. " Rose, wake up. Don't leave me!" Rose recoiled, recognizing Little Sparrow's voice.

"Leave her, she's already dead. You on the other hand..I can't allow you to live. I'm sorry, boy." A bang followed words , and then a shattering of a glass window. "Sparrow…I'm so...,"Her voice trailed off as she lost conscious.

Bright sunshine filled Rose's eyes as she blinked. Shapes and colors were all that her bleary eyes could see. Bit by bit, her vision came back into focus and she found that she was in a lush, green forest, thriving with wildlife and color. 'Mmmmm…Did I fall asleep? In the middle of the forest? Hmm, I must have been tired…' Rose sighs...
