Ash is captured some time between the events of Mewtwo strikes back and going to the Johto region by Team Rocket. Ash used as an experiment by team rocket to create an ultimate Human/Pokemon Hybrid through use of a shiny Mew's D.N.A. after made a hybrid he is then rescued by Mewtwo. Mewtwo teaches ash various Pokemon moves so he can defend himself.
Rules:
Ash's Description: Mew's big blue eyes, Mew's Tail, Light covering of blue fur from the Shiny Mew, Regular Black Hair but with blue streaks.
Moves Ash can learn: Aura Sphere, Iron Tail, Shadow Ball, Psychic, Hypnosis, Dream Eater and Psyshock.
Ash cant win the Kanto nor the Johto League. Higher Places accepted though.
Can only capture 2 Legendary Pokemon from: Zapdos, Articuno, Moltres, Mew, Entei, Suicune, Raikou, Celebi and Cresselia.
Most girls find him cute and will proceed to try give him hugs.
Understand and talk freely with pokemon.
Must be taught by Mewtwo.

if Some were to scan him with a Pokedex his entry would be that of Mew
