Quiet snores could be heard from the Pines twins bedroom. It was 7:00 about the time the two got up. Dipper yawned a cute kitty yawn and stretched his limbs kicking his sheets off in the process. As he stared around the room blankly still trying to wake up, he decided to drink the evaporated ice water from the night before. As he gulped down the water his eyes opened to the coolness of the water zipping down his throat. When he was done he put the cup down and got ready. He slept in his orange shirt and a pair of red shorts. He put his Jean shorts over his others and slipped into his blue vest. He went into the bathroom to brush his teeth and what not. As soon a he came out he noticed Mabel wasn't up yet. 'Maybe she just wants to sleep in.' Dipper thought. Dipper looked at his watch and it read 8:35a.m. "Shoot the shack opens soon." Dipper whispered to himself. Dipper tried to shake Mabel awake. After a few tries he manages to get her out of her slumber. "Mabel hi sis how ya doing this fine-" Dipper was interrupted by the doing of Mabel having. Knowing what to expect he quickly carried Mabel bridal style to the upstairs bathroom where Mabel disposed the macaroni and cheese from last nights dinner. Dipper looking at the yellow mess in the toilet scrunched his nose up in disgust, but the only thing he could do was stay by his sister's side. After she was done she spoke in a hoarse tone, "Dipper I don't feel so well." Dipper was about to comment with a sarcastic remark when he realised that he would upset her more easily. Dipper carried the half awake sick tween back to bed and checked his watch. It read 9:00. Grunkle Stan usually opens the shack at this time, but Dipper couldn't leave his sick sister alone in this condition, so Dipper did the only thing he could do he called in for a sick day. As he came back upstairs to the attic he found Mabel asleep in his bed. Dipper didn't care if she was in his bed. A little later Mabel woke up and wanted to play a board game to pass the time. So Dipper decided to give Cake Land a try. After four terror filled rounds Mabel fell asleep on Dippers lap and Dipper fell asleep leaning against a pillow. Grunkle Stan decided to check on them after closing the shack at three. When he came upstairs he found the sleeping twins laying with each other, after tucking them in with a purple blanket and giving them a kiss on the cheek he shut the door and let the twins rest. Dipper opened his eyes and said half awake, "I love you Mabel. Get well soon." Then he closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep.
