Lucy pov:

I woke up to the sun shining in my face. That's the first time I've been awoken by the sun since I came into Fairy Tail. That's kind of odd. Usually I'd be awoken by Natsu's snoring and happy saying things about fish. Looking over next to me, I noticed that there was no Natsu or happy. A wave of worry and sadness came over me. Oh yeah. I forgot. Natsu hasn't come over since Lisanna came back. He doesn't even take me on missions with the team anymore. Pushing that thought aside, I got out of bed and started getting ready to go to the guild. Starting with my favorite thing in the world, a shower! Getting up out of my bed, I got some clothes and went into the bathroom.

1 hour later

That bath felt amazing! I walked out of the bathroom. And put on a pink dress that stopped at my knees. Then I grabbed my purse and keys. Finally, time to leave my house. I can't wait to see Levy at the guild. There's this book I've been wanting to talk to her about.

No ones pov:

Lucy left her house and started heading for the guild. Hopping up onto the edge of the canal, she balance herself while walking. The usual men came by on their canoe and said hello to Lucy. Her waving back as usual. Finally Lucy arrived at the guild, and she jumped off the edge onto the solid ground. Lucy couldn't help the big smile she had when she entered the guild. Lucy walked over to Mirajane to get her usual milkshake.

Mirajane's pov

I was working on the usual for Lucy, when she entered the guildhall. She looks happier than usual. I'm afraid there was important business we need to discuss with master though. Oh dear, she might not like it at all. I smiled at Lucy as she walked over to me.

"Good morning Lucy! Can I get you your usual? I also have something to tell you." I said cheerfully.

"Good morning Mira, and yes please. I've been dying to have one all morning." Lucy said with stars in her eyes.

I went to the back and got her drink. Walking back to her, I started to speak.

" So, Master wanted you in his office. There was something important he needed to talk with you about. Romeo, Levy, you, and I will be in there. I don't have a clue what it is, but he looked very serious when he talked with me." As I finished, Lucy was almost done with her drink.

"Ok Mira. I'll head up there now. Are you three going to follow me?" Lucy asked.

"Yes. Be carful not to trip on the stairs." I said.

We then started walking to master's office. Lucy going first of course. Lucy knocked on the door as we all got to master's door.

Master Makorov's pov:

There was a knock on my door and I quickly put away my, research.

"Enter." I said

Lucy, Mira, Romeo, and Levy entered my office. They sat down as I put a sound barrier up around the room.

"Good morning my children. I have some very important news. You must listen very carefully." I said as they all nodded their heads.

"A recent finding has me worried about you four. According to some information, you are all in danger. You see, the dragon slayers are having a mating season. Starting in a few days they will go after their mates. Assuming that you are the mates of them, I will have you protected. The season hasn't really affected the slayers until now, so be careful. Each of you will have an escort to protect you. Lucy, your protector/ guard will be Jellal. Levy, your protectors will be Jet and Droy. Romeo, your protector is obviously your father, and Mira, your protector is Freed. You all must stay with your chosen protector at all times. You may go now, but be careful and cautious." I finished speaking and they all nodded their heads, in understanding. As they walked out, I got back to my research. I hope those children will be okay.
