It was a sunny day,Lucy was extremely tired and was restless the past couple of weeks.
"Yawn!" why does school have to be so early
"Hey Lucy" shouted Gray and Erza from behind.
"Hey Guys!"
"You seem frail, something wrong? Erza said worriedly
Yeah, I know coz of all the loads of work we have to do, Lucy said Come to think of it I don't see Natsu we always walk all together from school.
I didn't know you worried about Natsu that much, Erza giving a face to Lucy that made her blush
Uh…Uh.. I was just asking coz I'm not used to it and all besides why should I even worry about that idiot anyway, Lucy answered hesitantly trying to ignore her feelings for him.
Oh Really, then why are you blushing, Gray said teasingly with a smirk on his face.
Ugh! Damn I hate you guys let's just hurry up we might be late for school, Lucy said trying to change the topic.
At school….
"Glad that was over I almost exploded" she sighed.
"Lucy! Hurry up classes are about to start, Erza said
You go ahead, I'll catch up just gonna put my things on my locker
Well okay then, but hurry up I heard that our substitute teacher is freakishly scary, Erza said which gave Lucy the chills.
Oh okay then *glomps* won't take long, Lucy said.
Obviously he/she won't be scary as Erza ,she thought laughing.
Suddenly a note fell…
A note? From who.. she thought curious who the mysterious sender might be.
Lucy curiously picked up the note... and was shocked for the mysterious sender was no other than Natsu!
Huh from Natsu? What could it be she quickle unfolded the note and there it was written "Meet me at the school garden after classes, I have something important to tell you" -Natsu-
Why would Natsu bother to write me a letter when he could tell me personally, Lucy thought.
Damn i forgot! Im late
Lucy! what took you so long, got me worried, Erza said
Oh had something up, just went to check it out , Lucy said " I'm sure they'll tease me if they found out about it" Lucy thought so herself.
*Bells ringing* (signals dismissal)
Lucy, you sure you're okay? you don't seem yourself today, Erza said worriedly.
I'm okay ... just some things on my mind lately, I have to go know see ya tommorow, Lucy said rushing out the classroom
Uh.. Okay bye then.. ,Erza said
Lucy hurriedly went to the school gardens too meet Natsu and there he saw him nervously sitting, from afar he seemed to be blushing which was rare for him to do so.
"Hey Natsu!,what was it you want to tell me?' Lucy said
Well.. uh... uh... the things is, I don't know how to explain this but... "I love you Lucy!" every time I see you my heart beats unstopabbly, I've never felt like this to anyone before... I just can't stop thinking about you" Natsu said bursting with emotions
When those words slipped into Natsu's mouth the world seemed so still for Lucy. It was like a fantasy better than anything she could've imagined she was so shocked with the words of Natsu which made her uncontrollable feelings for him spill out and she uttered the words "I love you too Natsu". For some people it might just seem words for Lucy to express how she really felt about Natsu but it was the whole world to them.
A few minutes later...
You don't how much it means to me hearing that from you, Natsu said turning away blushing
Well you're not the only one idiot Lucy said trying to stop herself from laughing
We should go out sometime,that's if you want too not forcing you or anything,Natsu said pretending he doesn't care
Sure, i like that. Lucy said
Cm'on lets go its getting late, Natsu said
Two of them went home holding hands and opening a new path in their relationship.
