"Tyche!" a frustrated Aeolus called out to his girlfriend.

Tyche walked down the hall, towards the family room of their house, and let out a frustrated sigh before entering the room. "What is it, Aeolus?" she asked impatiently, tapping her fingers against her forearm. "I'm watching TV."

"Forget the TV show! Look at the couch!" He gestured to what used to be a black leather couch, but was now torn open in various spots with claw marks as a new pattern. "Look at it!" He shrieked once again.

"I'm looking," Tyche assured him, completely unalarmed by this tragedy.

"This tiger-I-it's-"Aeolus was at a loss for words. Tyche stood there with a loss of interest. "It's driving me crazy!" Aeolus finally exclaimed.

"Fine, he can come watch TV with Mommy." She walked over to the other side of the room and bent down to pick up the young tiger. "I hope this isn't the way you react with children," she said to him over her shoulder.

"I don't think children would chew up my couch," he scoffed.

Tyche rolled her eyes. Aeolus was so hopeless sometimes. "No, a child would not chew on you couch- at least not as fiercely as a tiger will- but they are still tons of work," she informed him.

"Then what's the point of having children?" Aeolus questioned.

"Starting a family is a beautiful thing for the people who can handle it." She shrugged.

"Do you think we can handle a family?"

Tyche slowly nodded. "Yes, we could." She cocked her head slightly to the side while squinting her eyes ever so slightly at him. "Why?"

"I-I just thought a family would be nice…one day." Aeolus's foot started to tap lightly- a nervous habit of his.

A smile slowly appeared on Tyche's face. "We'll start with the tiger first and go from there."
