A/N:A brief oneshot upon my noticing how similar Oz and Syaoran are.

It all began a long time ago. A young girl with long black hair and red eyes grinned as she brought two plush black rabbit dolls to her friend, a golden light. "You have a new friend. One for me, and the other for you! You won't be alone at all!"

At that moment, life went into the plush doll. The doll gained a conscience and was sad when Lacie left him, promising him that her daughters would keep him company.

The rabbit fell asleep, his artificial existence thinking of nothing. After all, he was nothing but an illusion.

A man grinned wickedly at his copy of the boy called Li Syaoran. Right now, he was an empty puppet, but once he was animated, he would have his own light. He would be the perfect tool for him to use.

The young girl lifted up the rabbit doll and screamed, "Oz, your name is Oz!"

'That's my...name?' The rabbit thought, becoming more and more alive the more she played with him.

Elsewhere, a young desperate boy implanted his eye into his clone, giving him human-like traits.

The young rabbit was transformed into a monstrous chain who destroyed everything, then he became a human.

Rain. It was so cold and lonely out here, the young boy thought, shivering and wet that he didn't notice the smiling man approach. "Hello...would you like to have a home, boy?"

The boy was raised with love, never once suspecting his life was a lie.

Elsewhere, the human boy was not having a loving life. His own father called him filth, and hit him. He hated himself. Then he met his Alice, his precious Alice...

The clone stared at Sakura emotionlessly. He spoke quietly, "Sakura...you are dear to me. So whoever tries to steal your feathers, whoever tries to hurt you...will die by my hands."

Elsewhere, Oz the B-rabbit spoke the same words to his precious Alice.

Nothing can belong to someone like you, Clone. You're just a shadow of me, nothingness. Your thoughts, your memories, the girl you love, it's nothing but an illusion. You're a destructive monster whose only purpose is to hurt those you love.

Syaoran stared at the limp corpse of Sakura as she started to disappear.

"I love you, Syaoran..." She whispered as she died.

"No," He whispered until his screams became louder and louder.

This body doesn't belong to Oz 'Vessalius.' Nothing can belong to someone like you..because you are nothing. You destroy everything. Your life, your precious people...they're all lies. You're the bloodstained black rabbit of destruction.'

He saw the bloodshed, saw it on his hands. He was the B-rabbit, Alice wasn't. She had sacrificed so much for him and he had failed to keep his promise. He had let her tear her own throat out and then let her lose her humanity by stealing his powers.

Well, no more. He looked on sadly as she approached, furious.

"Alice...you can't be with me anymore."

She looked on in surprise as golden light surrounded her body as she started to vanish.

"Why?" She cried.

Oz sent her his memories.

"OZ! NO! O-"

She faded into nothing but golden light as Oz smiled in satisfaction.

'You cannot protect Alice. You are nothingness.'

"I know..." He whispered tiredly.

'You are leading an illusory life. You are nothingness.'

"I know..."

Syaoran found himself with a blond boy.

"...Is your life fake?" The blond asked. "I'm the most destructive chain in the world, the bloodstained black rabbit. I killed everyone and betrayed the one I loved. I don't deserve to exist."

Syaoran smiled. "So am I. But if someone else doesn't deserve to exist, then that makes two of us."

The two of them held hands.
