Summary: This is a one-shot. I was listening to the song 'I miss you' by Blink 182 and this idea just came to me. It's about Edward leaving Bella in New Moon and what she goes through to see/hear him.

Hello there, the angel from my nightmare

I woke from yet another night of screaming, Edward was there again the angel in my nightmares, and those same words he said before he left haunting me....it will be as if I'd never existed... but he was wrong he tried to make it easier for me but instead it's much worse.

Edward tried so hard to make it as though he never existed but he couldn't there is still one way I know how to hear his voice, by doing exactly what he said he didn't want me to.... Don't do anything reckless or stupid.... but I can't help myself I need to hear him.

Don't waist your time on me, you're already the voice inside my head

I found one way that worked and that is riding on the motorcycle Jacob fixed for me, but that's not working as well as it used to now that I'm learning how to control it. I need something else, something more dangerous.

I miss you, I miss you

I got out of bed and headed to the bathroom to get washed and dressed. By the time I'd finished getting ready and headed downstairs Charlie was there having his Breakfast.

I cannot sleep, I cannot dream tonight

'Morning bells, how'd you sleep?'

I didn't really feel like talking about it but it wasn't Charlie's fault.

'Morning dad, I slept fine,'

'I...I uh, I heard you screaming again,' Charlie said concern laced his voice.

Damn I hoped he wouldn't bring that up.

'Yeah I know but they're getting better,' I hope that gave him some comfort.

'Good I hate seeing you in pain,'

'Thanks dad, listen I'm gunna head off I'm going down to La Push.'

'Ok, I'll see you later bells.'

'Bye dad.'

I walked to my truck got in the cab and sat there. I didn't know what exactly I was going to do to see him. I don't know how long I was sat there but I was brought out of my daze by Charlie knocking on the window. He was signalling for me to wind it down.

'What's up dad?'

'I was just wandering if you were ok, you were just sat staring off into space.'

'Yeah I'm fine, just thinking that's all.' About what I can do that is dangerous enough that I can hear my vampire ex-boyfriends voice.

'Ok well I have to get to work.' Charlie said while climbing into his cruiser.

'Ok, see you later.'

'Bye Bells.'

I reached La Push just as the sun was setting and went straight for the cliff top. It was extremely windy so the sea was thrashing against the rocks and cliff's wall. I knew I should wait for it to be calmer and Jacob to be with me but a really felt like I needed to do this now. I took a step to the edge of the cliff; took a deep breath; and on last glance before I jumped.

I remember the icy cold water crashing into my skin like a boulder and my head wacked into something.

This sick strange darkness comes creeping on so haunting every time

I saw Edwards face and then...

...everything went black...

Will you come home and stop this pain tonight?
