"Ughhh! I'm soooo bored!" Maka exclaimed as she plopped on the couch.

"Why don't you read a book? You been doing that since forever." Soul suggested. He was actually trying to help his meister as she has helped him multiple times.

"I already read all the books I have." Maka's voice came out of a pillow, muffled.

"Huh. How about we play a game?" Soul sat on a little part of the couch that wasn't occupied by Maka's body.

"What game do you wanna play then?" Maka lifted her head from the pillow to look over to her white headed weapon.

"Hmmm... I don't know. I didn't know I would get this far." Soul joked with a smirk. Maka hit him with a pillow with a smile. She really did enjoy her weapon's company as he could lift her spirits up. Well, not all the time but, every so often.

"Hey! Don't hit your prescious weapon with a pillow!" Soul faked a pout as he hit her with a pillow back. Maka laughed at his pout and got off the couch.

" I think I'll take a nap." Maka said while walking over to her room.

"What about me?! Are you gonna leave your weapon to fend for himself?!" Soul ran over to her and pouted.

"Aww! Is wittle Soul-kun getting sad that his meister is leaving him for an hour?" Maka cutely said as she poked Soul's cheek. All of a sudden, Soul picked Maka up like a sack of potatoes and walked over to the door.

"Soul! Where are you bringing me to?!" Maka tried to get out of his grip but, failed miserably.

"I'm bringing you to the book store because a bored Maka is a unknown Maka to me." Soul said as he got his wallet, keys, and jacket. They left the house to the book store, the one place Soul couldn't understand why people liked.

Later, Maka just stopped struggling and let Soul carry her. They reached the book store and Soul bought Maka a new book. Maka read the book while walking back, letting awkward silence taint their little walk. Soul couldn't take the silence as he needed to do something and when Maka reads and walks at the same time, everything goes 100 times slower. He picked up Maka, bridal style, and started running back home.

"S-Soul! What are you doing?!" Maka exclaimed as he began to run.

"Walking home will take 100 hours if you keep reading and walking. I'm already bored so I might as well get home quicker and get a little exercise." Soul simply answered. Maka brought her book down and talked to him while he ran. She fell asleep after awhile of talking and laughing about stupid jokes.

Soul reach their little apartment and set Maka down on the couch as she was still sleeping.

"You could have stayed awake a little longer, ya know." Soul joked and walked back to his room to listen to music.

Hiya! Soooo, I know I haven't been consistent with some of the stories and I'm sorry! Here is a very short one-shot and it's nice to write a little story without consistently adding a chapter after chapter. Anyway, please review and have a great day! (^.^)/
