Marcus would never admit that this was the reason he had convinced Adam, Bree and Chase to go to the carnival with him. He also wouldn't admit that he had purposely tricked Adam and Bree into going on a ride at the other end of the park so he could be alone with Chase. And he would most definitely not admit to distracting Chase enough for him not to notice the ride he had led them to. Though Chase would probably know all of it once the ride started.

Marcus threw out a hand and argued once again that string theory was the correct one. Of course he didn't believe that but a friendly argument about theoretical physics was the perfect way to distract the boy, just another thing he loved about Chase. Marcus only ceased the argument once he had dragged Chase into the tight red two person boat.

Marcus's robotic heart beat at a speed that could not have been safe. He feared Chase would realize too soon what was going on and leave the boat. Thankfully the ride started with a thud and a clunk, setting the boat down a shallow river.

"Marcus your insane if you thing string theory ab explain..." Chase trailed off as the first group of pink heart swung through their path. "What is this?" He asked scrunching his eyebrows. Chase glanced around the dark tunnel lit by pink lights and filled with hearts and plastic didn't look like any of the rides that they'd been on that day and it felt uncomfortably intimate.

"The tunnel of love" Marcus squeaked, cheeks darkening. Realization sparked in the bionic boy's blue-green eyes. He opened his mouth to speek but closed it again when he realized he had no response.

Marcus breathed a long breath trying to calm himself. At least Chase hadnt punched him. That was a good sign. He oulled himself together as best he could and summoned hisfalse confidence. "Chase kiss me"He breathed.

"What!?" Chase choked, flinching backward.

"I said kiss me" Marcus replied, less confidently than before.

"But your a gu..." Chase started before being silenced by a pair of soft warm lips pressing against his own. Marcus's eyes fluttered close but Chase's bright eyes grew in size, rounding in shock. The seconds ticked by like hours and neither boy pulled out of the awkward unmoving kiss. Their lips only separated when the light of day hit them once more. Chase's stiff body flinched as far away as he could in the tiny boat. Fear shot through the android.

He had hoped that this wouldn't ruin their friendship. He had gone far enough to defy his father to kiss chase but his fears were coming true. Chase's expresionless face gave nothing away. The only way Marcus knew he had made a horrible mistake was the speed in which Chase flew out of the boat. Even before Marcus could get both feet back on the ground Chase had fled too far to see.

This is most likely the end but if three or four people want me to continue I can make another chapter. Remember to review.
